The problem is, I am heavily tempted to start a project of my own – to my husband’s delight ha! However, as often as we’ve repainted, refinished, and rennovated not all projects are worth big investments. And if we’re really talking, not every project should be done immediately. However, if you’re planning on changing things for 2021 – I’ve got 3 home remodeling projects perfect to start off the new year!

1 Bathroom Remodel: Sometimes refreshing a bathroom within the home is exactly what you need. It doesn’t have to be a drastic remodel, but it can be one that costs less than $500! Changing light fixtures, a new sink, or even adding new storage/shelving can create a new space. Minor bath remodels and bathroom remodels in general always have an excellent return. It is most certainly worth considering, because most of it you can do yourself.
